Roles and Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end controllership for India and US entities
• Lead global accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Manage multi-entity, multi-currency environments
• Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Indian accounting standards
• Build and strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy
• Work closely with auditors, investors, and cross-functional teams
• Opportunity to build and scale finance processes in a high-growth SaaS/health-tech environment

Skills and qualifications

• CA with 7–10 years of experience
• Strong end-to-end controllership experience across India and US entities
• Prior experience in a startup environment (preferably SaaS / US-based company)
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and audits
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setup
