Roles and Responsibilities

1. Proven Global Finance Leader with independent leadership capability, backed by Big 4 experience and exposure to both large services firms and high-growth mid-sized companies
2. Global multi-entity finance leadership experience (or IPO exposure), with strong command of GL control, intercompany accounting, and US GAAP
3. Solid M&A due diligence and financial reporting expertise

Skills and qualifications

1. Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
2. Proven experience leading Global Finance functions in a complex, multi-entity environment or driving finance through an IPO journey
3. Deep expertise in global controllership, financial reporting, GL governance, intercompany accounting, internal controls, and audit management.
4. Exposure to US GAAP is a strong plus
5. Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams
