About the Company

Our client is a well established family office with a diversified business and investment portfolio, backed by a prominent promoter family. The organisation has a long-standing presence and operates through a professionally structured setup, with a strong focus on governance, financial discipline, and sustainable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly financial reporting, year-end closure, and advance tax workings.
  • Review and approve key accounting entries, including receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
  • Finalise standalone and consolidated financial statements, wherever applicable.
  • Manage tax audits, GST matters, assessments/scrutiny, and income-tax return filings.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other professional advisors.
  • Oversee statutory compliances including TDS, GST, PF, Professional Tax, ROC, RBI, and related filings.
  • Manage Board and shareholder meeting documentation, including notices, agendas, minutes, and statutory records.
  • Oversee corporate secretarial matters and ensure timely maintenance of statutory registers and records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of corporate, tax, and regulatory compliances across the Group.

Skills and qualifications

  • CA+CS (or CA) with strong experience across financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Someone who is currently or has previously worked with a family office is a must.
  • Prior experience in a multi-entity/group environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, tax, regulatory, and statutory compliance requirements.
