About the Company

A fast-growing integrated marketing, events, and brand solutions organization delivering large-scale campaigns for leading brands across industries. The company operates in a dynamic, project-driven environment where finance is a strategic business partner, driving commercial decisions, working capital, and operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS.
• Drive working capital management, cash flow planning, and financial governance.
• Own client billing, receivables, collections, and commercial negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with client finance, procurement, and leadership teams to ensure timely collections.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
• Partner with business, sales, and operations teams to improve profitability and commercial outcomes.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while strengthening finance processes and reporting.

Skills and qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with strong relevant experience.
• 10–12 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong exposure to business finance, controllership, working capital, compliance, and financial planning.
• Proven experience in client-facing commercial finance, collections, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• Preferred Background:
• Candidates from events, experiential marketing, advertising, media, entertainment, OTT, or other client-facing services businesses.
• Experience working in small to mid-sized, founder-led, or high-growth organizations.
• Exposure to Alco Bev, FMCG, or Government/PSU clients will be an added advantage
