Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the overall Investor Relations strategy, positioning the company effectively with existing and prospective investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with PE funds, VC funds, growth equity investors and strategic investors globally.
• Develop regular investor communication including investor presentations, quarterly updates, business performance narratives and management reporting
• Lead end-to-end equity fundraising initiatives, from investor identification and outreach through due diligence, negotiations and transaction closure.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the global SaaS investment landscape, including sector trends, comparable companies, valuations and investor appetite.
• Track relevant PE/VC funds, investment themes, portfolio companies and potential strategic investors

Skills and qualifications

• 10-15 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Investor Relations, Fund Raise, Corporate Development, Investment Banking or Strategic Finance.
• Strong track record of managing equity fundraising transactions and investor relationships.
• Prior experience with US/global SaaS, B2B SaaS or technology companies is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work closely with founders/C-suite and represent the company credibly with global institutional investors
