Roles and Responsibilities

• The IT Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the digital transformation
• projects within the organization, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of SAP
• S/4HANA and SAP Success Factor. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding
• of IT infrastructure, Cyber security, enterprise applications, digital transformation processes,
• and SAP S/4HANA and SAP Success Factor.

Skills and qualifications

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects, with a
• primary focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and SAP Success factor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure the alignment of digital transformation initiatives with business objectives and
• strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate ongoing and project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT team.
• Know how to GDPR requirements of EU, USA.
• IT SOP drafting and implementation.
• IT hardware, on-premises and Cloud data storage management.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report progress to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Cybersecurity, Compliance & Customer Security Assessments
• Lead and manage customer-driven IT security assessments, including platforms such as
• UpGuard (or similar vendor risk/security rating tools).
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer cybersecurity questionnaires, audits, and
• due diligence assessments and Ensure timely and accurate completion of security
• assessments
• Drive remediation of identified security gaps from customer or third-party assessments.
• Maintain and improve the organization’s external cybersecurity rating/score.
• Collaborate with customers, auditors, and internal teams to demonstrate compliance with
• global security standards.
• Establish and implement IT security policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct periodic internal security assessments, vulnerability management, and risk
• reviews.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, US privacy frameworks, etc.).
• Infrastructure & IT Operations
• Oversee IT hardware, infrastructure, cloud environments, and on-premise data
• management.
• Ensure secure architecture design across enterprise systems and SAP landscape.
• Drive IT SOP drafting, standardization, and implementation across sites.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems.
• Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and security awareness.
• Build enterprise-wide awareness for cybersecurity practices and data protection.
