About the Company

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and partnerships.
2. Own end-to-end compliance, licenses, and regulatory requirements as the company scales.
3. Identify and mitigate legal/business risks; support due diligence for partnerships and vendors.
4. Support M&A due diligence and documentation (good to have)

Skills and qualifications

1. LLB mandatory; LLM or corporate law certification is a plus.
2. 8-12 years in legal & compliance, ideally from startups or operations-heavy businesses.
3. Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance skills; comfortable working independently.
