Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple functions and business units
• Manage and mentor a large team of recruiters, driving performance, capability building, and accountability
• Manage Leadership, Corporate and Volume hiring
• Develop workforce hiring plans in partnership with business leaders to meet short- and long-term talent needs
• Establish and track hiring metrics, SLAs, and dashboards to ensure efficiency, quality, and timeliness
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership to anticipate talent requirements and proactively pipeline critical roles
• Drive employer branding initiatives and strengthen talent attraction strategies
• Ensure standardization of recruitment processes, compliance, and governance across geographies
• Manage vendor partnerships and recruitment budgets effectively

Skills and qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to both corporate and high-volume hiring environments
• Proven expertise in large-scale hiring across Sales and Manufacturing setups
• Experience managing and leading a team of 10+ recruiters, with a strong focus on coaching, performance management, and capability building
• Prior work experience with large consumer-facing organizations or complex, multi-location enterprises is preferred
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
• Experience in building scalable hiring models to support rapid business growth
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies across digital platforms, field hiring channels, and campus programs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of ownership, execution focus, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Top Tier MBA preferred (HR or related specialization)
