M&A Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and commercial due diligence to evaluate potential transactions.
• Identify and assess inorganic growth opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors, including investment bankers, legal counsel, consultants, and auditors.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, transaction documentation, and execution.
• Drive post-merger integration initiatives to ensure seamless execution and value realization.

Skills and qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, or Private Equity.
• Prior experience in Investment Banking will be strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution.
• Experience in conducting financial and commercial due diligence.
