Regional FPA Manager - Mumbai /Ahd

• This regional role will be based out of Mumbai and Ahmedabad offices respectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse business KPIs, trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and identify on-ground sales challenges.
• Lead strategic initiatives and support cross-functional business problem-solving.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting and dashboards.
• Partner with Sales Managers, Zonal Managers, and corporate leadership to drive business objectives.
• Prepare leadership presentations and translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Skills and qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• 4-9 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, Analytics, Consulting, or related roles.
• Services/start-up background/experience will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
