Roles and Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting operations including book closure (monthly/quarterly/annual), ensuring accuracy, timelines, and data integrity
• Lead General Ledger management reconciliations, scrutiny, and compliance with Ind AS / applicable standards
• Drive financial reporting including standalone & consolidated statements, MIS, variance analysis, and leadership reporting
• Manage audits (statutory, internal, tax) and ensure strong compliance across GST, TDS, and income tax
• Strengthen processes, internal controls (IFC), and lead cross-functional stakeholder management while mentoring a team

Skills and qualifications

• CA with 5–10+ years of experience
• Strong exposure to end-to-end controllership
• Experience in startup / high-growth environments preferred
• Hands-on with audits, taxation, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of GL, book closure, and compliance frameworks
• Prior experience in real estate / co-working, renewable energy, hospitality, or healthcare (hospitals) is highly preferred
