Senior Manager- Digital Transformation

About the Company

• To lead the strategic direction, implementation, and management of the company’s application landscape. This role focuses on driving
• operational excellence through robust ERP (SAP S/4HANA preferred), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and digital automation
• tools to support high-volume manufacturing and seamless supply chain integration with vendors and OEMs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Enterprise Platforms: Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS) to manage financials, procurement, and production planning.
• Drive adoption of SalesForce for sales, customer engagement and ensure seamless integration between ERP, CRM and shop floor systems (MES/IOT platforms).
• Shop Floor Digitalization: Lead the implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives, including MES, IoT for predictive maintenance, and real-time production tracking.
• Vendor & Project Management: Manage relationships with global and local software vendors (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, niche automotive tech providers). Oversee large-scale application deployment projects from pilot to full scale-up.
• Application Strategy & Roadmap: Execute the long-term roadmap for IT applications, ensuring alignment with automotive manufacturing goals such as Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS).

Skills and qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field. An MBA in Systems or Operations from a reputable Indian
• institute is highly preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT
• Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, MES integration, SalesForce and cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive supply chain dynamics, vendor portals, and OEM integration.
• Strong data analytics and integration mindset.
