Its business includes dedicated employee transportation solutions for large corporates as well as partnerships within the broader mobility ecosystem.
  • The company is strengthening its leadership and execution capabilities as it scales its fleet, customer base and geographic footprint.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable driver acquisition and supply strategy across multiple cities.
  • Build and optimise sourcing channels including vendor partnerships, referrals, field hiring and digital platforms.
  • Own driver onboarding, documentation, compliance and training processes.
  • Design competitive and sustainable driver compensation and incentive structures linked to utilisation, safety and service SLAs.
  • Balance driver earnings and engagement with overall business unit economics.
  • Develop structured retention and engagement programmes to reduce driver attrition.
  • Analyse attrition drivers and implement targeted corrective and preventive interventions.
  • Build grievance redressal, loyalty, recognition and performance frameworks for the driver ecosystem.
  • Monitor driver utilisation, attendance, compliance and productivity to improve fleet availability and uptime.
  • Partner closely with Operations and City Heads to ensure driver supply supports service and SLA requirements.
  • Establish dashboards and analytics to track hiring, attrition, utilisation, fulfilment, incentive costs and driver satisfaction.
  • Standardise SOPs and leverage technology to automate and scale driver supply, payout and attendance processes.

Skills and qualifications

  • Graduate from a reputed institute.
  • 15–17 years of experience, preferably across fleet operations, mobility, logistics, gig workforce management or large-scale blue-collar workforce management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a large driver/workforce base; exposure to 500+ drivers preferred.
  • Strong understanding of driver/blue-collar workforce dynamics, particularly hiring, compensation, incentives and retention.
  • Proven ability to build and scale workforce processes across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to use workforce and operational data for decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
  • High level of operational ownership and execution ability in a fast-growing environment.
