About the Company

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support organisation-wide talent management initiatives including talent reviews, succession planning and identification of high-potential talent.
- Drive and support the Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and talent discussions.
- Support career development frameworks, talent development initiatives and employee growth programs.
- Work on talent analytics and MIS to identify talent trends, gaps and opportunities across the organisation.
- Support talent and workforce planning in line with business requirements.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on talent-related initiatives and ensure effective implementation across the organisation.
- Prepare talent dashboards, reports and presentations for senior HR stakeholders.
- Support organisation-wide projects focused on leadership development, employee capability and workforce effectiveness.
Skills and qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Talent Management, HRBP, Corporate HR or HR Consulting.
- Prior experience in the Microfinance, NBFC or broader financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier 1 institute.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with people data and derive insights.
- Good understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, succession planning and employee development.
- Strong Excel, presentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
