About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing consumer internet organization with a strong technology backbone and a rapidly scaling presence in India. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a senior engineering leader to drive technology vision, scale, and execution across product lines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering function of 160+ members across product, platform, infrastructure, and mobile engineering.
• Partner with business and product leaders to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions impacting millions of consumers.
• Drive engineering strategy, architectural excellence, automation, and cloud adoption to support hyper-growth.
• Build and nurture high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and execution excellence.

Skills and qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience with strong exposure to high-scale consumer tech/product-led environments.
• Proven track record of leading large engineering organizations (200+ engineers) and building complex, high-availability systems.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern technology stacks.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with global/multicultural experience preferred.
