VP Treasury (Front Office)

About the Company

Our client is a legacy financial institution with deep presence in the infrastructure and lending ecosystem, backed by experienced industry leadership. Currently undergoing a high-visibility transformation and expansion phase with a strong focus on treasury, structured finance, and lender relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive institutional fund raising and build relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions
• Manage structured financing transactions including co-lending, securitization, and working capital arrangements
• Support treasury strategy around liability sourcing, borrowing mix, liquidity planning, and cost optimization
• Work closely with business, credit, legal, and leadership teams for execution and closure of funding transactions

Skills and qualifications

• 10 – 15years of experience in Treasury, Fund Raising, Liability Management, or Structured Finance within BFSI
• Strong understanding of institutional funding, debt products, and lending ecosystem
• Exposure to infrastructure finance, equipment finance, wholesale lending, or NBFC domain preferred
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder handling skills with banks and financial institutions
