Our client is a fast growing tech organization with a market leading product and small global workforce.

As part of their growth journey, they are looking at a seasoned HR professional to lead their HR team.

In this leadership role, you'll be reporting into MD and drive end to end HR for the organization.

• Build and drive HR strategies aligned with business growth across both technology and corporate teams.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession development for critical and leadership roles.
• Strengthen HR operations, including global payroll, compliance, policies for a global workforce.
• Implement performance management systems that support capability building, accountability, and high-quality execution.

• MBA with 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience in a global environment.
• At least 5 years experience managing HR for a tech-first organization with less than 1000 employees.
• Strong depth in talent acquisition, performance management, capability building, and Global HR operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership influencing skills, with the ability to partner closely with founders.
