Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational growth.
• Lead Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations to build scalable people processes.
• Drive performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Build and mentor high-performing HR teams while strengthening culture and leadership capability.
• Leverage people analytics and insights to support business decisions and enhance employee experience.

Skills and qualifications

• MBA with 12–16 years of HR experience across Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and HR Operations.
• Experience working in high-growth technology, SaaS, product, or startup environments.
• Proven track record of scaling HR practices and supporting organizations through rapid growth.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering capabilities.
• Data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
