Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Growth:
• Provide overall leadership and direction, driving vision, culture, and long-term strategy.
• Lead expansion into new geographies while strengthening the company’s presence in existing markets.
• Champion new product innovations and green financing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Operational & Financial Management:
• Take full ownership of the company’s P&L, ensuring sustainable profitability and strong financial governance.
• Oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all business verticals.
• Team Building & Organizational Development:
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Skills and qualifications

• 15–25 years of experience in financial services, preferably in NBFCs, HFCs, or banks.
• Strong background in MSME secured lending, housing finance, LAP, or related secured credit products.
• Proven track record in scaling businesses, managing P&L, and driving operational excellence.
• Experience working with rural and semi-urban markets is highly desirable.
