About the Company

Our client is a well-established consumer-focused organization with a significant manufacturing footprint and a large, diverse workforce.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the complete HR and IR function across multiple manufacturing plants, partnering closely with plant and business leadership.
• Drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, talent management, performance, and organizational effectiveness across the cluster.
• Manage Industrial Relations, union relationships, labour matters, settlements, and employee relations across plants.
• Ensure effective HR governance, compliance, policies, and consistent people practices across multiple locations.

Skills and qualifications

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 15–20 years of HR experience.
• Strong experience managing HR + IR across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Exposure to consumer, pharma, FMCG, or other large-scale manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of Industrial Relations, unions, labour laws, settlements, and workforce management.
• Proven ability to lead large HR teams and partner effectively with senior business and plant leadership.
