About the Company

Our client is a Venture-backed digital investment platform traversing the start-up growth journey while pushing the category boundaries. They are seeking a Director of Product to own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for their investment platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong ConsumerTech experience, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to build and scale products in a startup environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals.
• Own the complete product lifecycle, from customer discovery and problem definition to launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Lead the development of intuitive investment experiences across onboarding, KYC, account funding, investing, portfolio management, reporting, and support.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Use customer insights, product analytics, experimentation, and market research to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, personalization, and new investment products or features.

Skills and qualifications

• 8–12 years of product management experience, preferably with leadership experience in a fintech, ConsumerTech, wealthtech, brokerage, or digital financial services company.
• Proven experience in a ConsumerTech ecosystem, owning products end to end from strategy and discovery through execution, launch, and growth.
• Demonstrated experience leading product teams and managing multiple cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital platforms, product analytics, experimentation, and growth metrics.
• Experience working with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investing, or regulated digital platforms is preferred.
