Roles and Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Delivery: Drive the complete lifecycle of skilling programs, from curriculum alignment and partner onboarding to operational execution, performance monitoring, and impact measurement.
• Ecosystem Development: Build and scale a demand-led partner network by engaging employers to map industry-specific hiring needs and onboarding high-quality training partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with government departments, educational institutions, and vocational bodies to co-create sustainable skilling solutions and align initiatives with national and state employment priorities.
• Process & Lifecycle Management: Establish scalable operational frameworks across all stages of the student journey, including mobilization, career counseling, training, job placement, and post-placement tracking.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the organisation across policy platforms, academic forums, and industry networks to help shape the broader skilling and talent development ecosystem.

Skills and qualifications

• Experience: 16–18 years of progressive experience in skilling, education delivery, talent development, or large-scale channel management.
• Delivery Expertise: Proven background across multiple learning environments, including digital, blended, and traditional classroom formats.
• Partnership Building: Demonstrated track record in employer engagement, industry alignment, and securing large-scale job placement networks.
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the vocational training landscape, government skilling frameworks, and multi-stakeholder management.
• Operational Excellence: Strong project management capabilities, process-oriented mindset, and experience designing end-to-end student tracking systems.
