About the Company

Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Formulate and implement enterprise-wide fraud risk policies, governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • * Develop and periodically review fraud control policies for Two-Wheeler Loans, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Supply Chain Financing portfolios.
  • * Prepare and present fraud risk updates, portfolio trends, key incidents, policy recommendations, and mitigation strategies to the Board, Risk Management Committee, and senior leadership.
  • * Drive Board-level governance by providing actionable insights, regulatory updates, and strategic recommendations to strengthen the organization's fraud risk framework.
  • * Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed fraud risk controls into business processes while balancing customer experience and business growth.
  • * Establish fraud risk appetite, key risk indicators (KRIs), and governance metrics to support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Skills and qualifications

  • Qualifications
  • * Graduate in any discipline; MBA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • * Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred.
  • * AML/KYC or other Risk & Compliance certifications are an added advantage.
  • * 12–18 years of experience in Fraud Risk Management, Fraud Control Unit (FCU), Vigilance, or Enterprise Risk within NBFCs, Banks, or Lending Institutions.
  • * Proven experience in fraud investigations, policy formulation, governance, and fraud control framework design across retail lending products.
