About the Company

A high-growth, impact-driven technology organization operating at the intersection of technology and education. Having grown significantly in recent years, the organization is now at an important stage of institutionalization and is looking to strengthen its culture, people practices and organizational structure for the next phase of growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end HR and People agenda across the organization.
• Build and strengthen a consistent culture, values and employee experience across a rapidly growing workforce.
• Drive Organization Design, HRBP, Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.
• Strengthen internal communication and employee connect across levels and teams.
• Review and evolve the existing HR structure, team capability and operating model.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational gaps and translate them into practical people solutions.
• Build a strong HR team and bring a strategic yet hands-on approach to critical people and organizational priorities.

Skills and qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to start-ups / high-growth organizations.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 institute is mandatory.
• Strong experience across HRBP, Organization Design, Talent Development, Culture and Employee Experience.
• Strong strategic thinker who can identify organizational challenges, understand root causes and drive solutions.
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous and hands-on environment.
