About the Company

Our client is a well-established, globally backed financial services organisation with a strong presence in India and a technology-led approach to lending and financial solutions. The company is investing significantly in technology and data and is now looking to build a differentiated AI capability as a strategic business function.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and own the organisation’s AI function, strategy and roadmap from scratch.
• Lead development of scalable AI platforms, products and tools across business functions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI team and establish the required operating model.
• Partner closely with business and technology leaders to identify and execute high-impact AI use cases.
• Drive client/customer-centric AI solutions and adoption.

Skills and qualifications

12+ years of overall experience with significant experience in AI, ideally in a leadership capacity. Strong preference for candidates from McKinsey, Bain, BCG or Accenture, with demonstrated experience building AI capabilities/platforms from the ground up. Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, team-building and mentoring experience are critical.
