Roles and Responsibilities
You will define, prioritize, and execute the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle for the in-house mobile applications and website to maximize online conversions, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Your core mandate spans managing catalogue architecture, search and discovery algorithms, and merchandising workflows across diverse categories, while managing the digital platform's overall P&L, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and margin efficiency. In addition to guiding product discovery, requirement gathering, and sprint execution, you will lead a team of professionals, design go-to-market strategies for key feature rollouts, and orchestrate A/B testing frameworks alongside engineering, UI/UX, marketing, and category teams.
Skills and qualifications
Candidates must hold a B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute, backed by a minimum of 3 years of hands-on product management experience strictly within B2C/D2C e-commerce or retail environments. You must possess proven expertise in managing proprietary digital commerce platforms, executing agile product deliveries, and utilizing advanced product analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau) for data-informed decision-making. Exceptional cross-functional leadership, strong commercial acumen with P&L familiarity, demonstrated people-management capabilities, and a deep understanding of user funnel optimization are essential to excel in this role.
