Roles and Responsibilities

• SAP Configuration & Cross-Module System Management
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, PMGM, Calibration, Succession, etc.)
• Manage org structure, position management, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, and permissions (RBP)
• Ensure system alignment with global HR processes and organizational changes
• Performance Cycle Execution (PM/GM) and campaign support
• Execute end-to-end system setup and launch of performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual)
• Configure forms, templates, route maps, and workflows based on design inputs
• Support testing, deployment, and cycle readiness globally
• Data Management, Reporting & Integration Support
• Generate reports, dashboards, and data extracts across modules
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the HR system landscape
• Support integration activities (e.g., payroll, external systems) in coordination with IT/vendors
• System Support, Releases & Continuous Improvement
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system issues
• Coordinate with IT / SAP COE / external partners for enhancements and fixes
• Support bi-annual releases, regression testing, and feature adoption
• Governance, Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain system documentation (configurations, workflows, data definitions)
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security (RBP), and compliance standards
• Support audits and ensure system controls and process compliance

Skills and qualifications

• Required
• SAP Certified Application Associate — SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (current certification required).
• SAP Certified Application Associate — SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management (current certification is a plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration, with at least 3 full-cycle EC and PMGM implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in EC (org structure, position management, workflows, business rules, MDF, foundation data)
• Good knowledge of PMGM configuration (forms, goal plans, rating scales, route maps, calibration)
• Understanding of SAP SF integrations (APIs, Integration Centre, SAP BTP)
• Ability to translate HR requirements into system solutions and collaborate with HR & technical stakeholders
• Experience in data governance, RBP security, and data migration
