Senior Product Manager- Lending & Internal Intelligence

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing lending-tech platform, backed by one of India's top 5 offline loan distributors, a publicly listed NBFC-adjacent group with deep roots in credit distribution. They're building the internal intelligence and product infrastructure that powers a lending engine processing lakhs of applications monthly across multiple lender partners. The team is small, senior, and moves fast combining startup speed with the backing and credibility of an established financial services group.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Internal Intelligence Platform:
• Own the product roadmap end-to-end from category-level P&L views to agent-level funnel CRM to MIS pipeline health monitoring
• Drive RBAC architecture so every role (CFO, Business Head, Ops Lead, Marketing, MIS, Sales Agent) sees exactly what they need
• Own integrations powering telemetry, MarTech, Snowflake/S3 data pipelines, lender LOS systems
• Build the P&L intelligence layer, revenue tracking, EBITDA, CAC by channel, lender-wise disbursal pacing
• Continuously reduce manual MIS workload every Excel/Sheets report becomes a feature backlog item
• Lending Product - Personal Loans & Gold Loans
• Own PL application flow lead to eligibility, lender routing, LOS, disbursal
• Translate growth targets into product requirements, improve conversion, reduce drop-off
• Drive lender integration onboarding, PA/PQ continuity, TSP pipeline
• Track KPIs approval rate, TAT, FPD rate, agent-to-disbursal conversion

Skills and qualifications

1. 8+ years in product management, with experience in ops-heavy or internal tooling products (dashboards, CRMs, BI platforms)
2. 2+ years in lending, payments, or NBFC-adjacent product roles
3. Familiarity with lender LOS systems, credit bureau integrations, RBI compliance
4. Data fluency, comfortable with SQL and speccing instrumentation
5. Strong lending domain knowledge like loan sub-segments, lender routing logic
6. Track record of replacing manual ops workflows with product solutions
