• Architect and execute talent acquisition strategies to fuel organizational growth.
• Responsible for driving end-to-end high-volume recruitment across multiple functions
• Partner with leadership to align hiring with business vision and objectives.
• Build strategic talent pipelines through innovative sourcing and partnerships.
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency and impact.

Skills and qualifications

• MBA with more than 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Strong exposure to hiring across FMCG, Retail, QSR, Hospitality sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team to achieve high-volume recruitment and operational targets.
• Proven expertise in scaling recruitment operations and driving strategic hiring.
• Strong command over analytics, workforce planning, and employer branding.
