Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition across identified business and functional requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality talent.
• Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and recruitment partners.
• Manage candidate experience, hiring processes, and recruitment metrics to ensure efficient closures.
• Support strategic TA initiatives and continuously improve sourcing and hiring practices.

Skills and qualifications

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 5–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong experience across end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
• High ownership, execution orientation, and ability to operate in a large, fast-paced organization.
