Talent Lead (Profitable, Fast Growing Start-up)

About the Company

Our client is a fast growing, profitable start up in B2B space with market leading presence. As part of their next phase of growth, they are looking for a young HR professional to drive their talent function including talent acquisition, talent management and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• You will be working closely with the founders and responsible to drive:
• Talent Acquisition across tech and non-tech functions
• Build a proactive talent pipeline by engaging with top talent in the industry
• Work closely with business heads to forecast hiring needs and create short and mid term hiring plans.
• Engage with people and help build a positive organization culture and ensure that the organization continues to be an employer of choice.

Skills and qualifications

• Tier 1 MBA with 2 to 6 years experience in HR with hands on experience in talent acquisition.
• Prior experience of working with a start up in a fast paced environment will be preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage with in-demand talent from premier institutes.
