About the Company

  • The Talent Management Lead will be responsible for designing, driving, and executing strategic people initiatives that support organizational growth, talent effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture building.
  • This role will work closely with business leaders and cross functional teams to deliver scalable programs across employee experience, talent development, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and change management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Initiatives & Program Management
  • Lead the identification, design, rollout, and evaluation of people initiatives aligned with business priorities, including talent development, engagement, succession planning, and capability building
  • Drive end to end execution of programs, including objectives, timelines, stakeholder alignment, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to ensure buy in and smooth implementation of initiatives
  • Ensure initiatives are scalable, measurable, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Drive change initiatives through structured change plans, communication strategies, process updates, and training interventions
  • Act as a change champion to encourage adoption and behavioral shifts aligned with business priorities
  • Support leaders, managers, and employees through periods of organizational change and transformation
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively address roadblocks to maintain momentum and engagement
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
  • Track program effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs), participation metrics, and stakeholder feedback
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to assess impact against goals
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews
  • Recommend refinements and improvements to strengthen initiative outcomes and employee impact
  • Continuous Improvement & Institutionalization
  • Embed learnings into people policies, frameworks, and processes to ensure long term sustainability
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within people practices
  • Recommend and drive adoption of tools, systems, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent programs

Skills and qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Talent Management, HR programs, L&D, organizational development, or employee initiatives
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and research orientation with the ability to contextualize insights for business needs
  • Strong execution capability with attention to detail and timelines
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
