About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing B2B enterprise technology company that develops SaaS-based solutions for supply chain finance and supply chain management. Backed by a marquee financial institution, the organization has established a strong market presence and is now entering a significant scaling phase with ambitious long-term growth plans.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HR function, driving people strategy, culture, talent management, HRBP, learning, and organizational development.
• Partner with the founders and leadership team to build a high-performance culture and support business growth.
• Design and implement scalable HR processes, performance management frameworks, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, policies, compliance, and HR technology to build a strong people foundation.
• Drive organizational transformation, change management, and workforce planning to support rapid business expansion.

Skills and qualifications

• MBA with 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Strong background in SaaS, product-based technology, or fintech organizations, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Proven experience building and scaling the HR function from the ground up.
• Strong expertise across HRBP, Talent Management, Organization Development, Culture, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
